On May 14, 2003 The Downtown Chatham Rotary Club
showed their commitment to the youth of Chatham-Kent. With
this $54,000, Downtown Chatham Rotary has partnered up with
Acceptional Riders to make a difference in the lives of children with
unique challenges. Acceptional Riders, the therapeutic riding
program, is opening an alternative school, for those kids who don't
necessarily fit in today's school system. The Downtown Chatham
Rotary Club's donation enabled Acceptional Riders to finish off the
learning centre of the new riding stadium.
